Vendor Credit Alert

Vendor credits hide in Accounting, where purchasing and the warehouse never see them. This puts a banner everywhere your team works with that vendor, so the credit gets used instead of forgotten.

What it does

  • Shows a banner on the vendor, purchase order, receipt and bill when the vendor holds credit.
  • Counts leftover payments and unapplied credit notes.
  • Works for customers too: a banner on the customer, delivery and invoice when they have credit with you.
  • Adds Vendor Credit and Customer Credit buttons and columns to contacts, plus filters.
  • Adds Vendor Credits and Customer Credits lists to the Accounting and Purchase menus.
