3A clean, separate invoiceOne charge invoice per customer per month, listing the past-due invoices it covers. Managers can waive it with a reason.

What it does

  • Charges a monthly rate on invoices past the grace period, once per customer per month.
  • Skips customers under your minimum balance, and can subtract unapplied payments and credits first.
  • Limit it to certain payment terms, like 30 or 60 days.
  • Exempt a customer, or skip a single invoice.
  • Managers can "Waive Late Charge" with a reason, which makes a credit note.
  • Keeps a history of every run, with the reason for each skip.

Good to know

Test mode is on when you install it, so you can preview charges before any are posted.

Charges are always their own invoice, posted on the last day of the month and due right away.

Check your state's rules on finance charges, and put the rate in your payment terms.
