3Control it per customerPause a customer, send their reminders to a specific person, or cap how far the steps go. Bounced emails hold the next step.

What it does

Four steps, each with its own email: friendly reminder, past due, urgent and final notice.
One email per customer per run, listing every invoice at that step.
Moves up one step at a time, so nobody jumps straight to a final notice.
Pause reminders for a whole customer or for a single invoice.
Holds the next step and posts a note when a reminder bounces.
Skips small balances and can attach invoice PDFs.

Good to know

Test mode is on when you install it: every reminder goes to your own test address until you turn it off.

Default steps are 5 days before the due date, then 15, 45 and 60 days past due. Change any of them, and edit the email wording to match your voice.
