Go to Accounting, then Vendor Bills.
Click "New".
Pick the vendor and type the bill reference.
Click "Confirm".
Uses the Odoo login already open in Chrome. Screenshots upload one by one and land under their steps.
What it does
- Records Steps, Video or Both. Every click becomes a written step with a screenshot.
- Narrated screen videos, with written steps that jump to the right moment.
- Edit any step, drag to reorder, and add tips, warnings and section headings.
- Mark up screenshots with arrows, boxes, circles, labels and blur.
- Sends the guide to Odoo Knowledge using the Odoo login you already have open.
- Exports to PDF, Word, a single web page or video, with your own logo and colors.
Good to know
Nothing leaves your computer: no account, no server and no monthly fee. Passwords are never captured.
Sending to Odoo needs Odoo Enterprise with the Knowledge app. Recording and exporting work without Odoo.
